In the form of a balustrade column, they are both decorated with Qianjiang enamels depicting the Hundred Antiquities, on the reverse they have inscriptions including the signatures of the artist Xu Pinheng (許 品衡) and the cyclic dates gui mao (癸卯) and yi si (乙巳) corresponding to 1903 and 1905 respectively; on the bases are impressed the seal marks of the Guangxu Emperor, six and four characters respectively.
