Well painted with green, yellow, red, brown, and blue enamels, in the centre within a circular reserve is a basket of flowers; on the rim, on a red iron-red background with floral motifs, are eight reserves in the shape of petals within which are depicted flowers of different types; on the outer rim are three flowering branches and in the centre of the base is a shell-shaped mark in blue underneath a double circle.
