The oval plaque is carved with a background of pierced openwork imitating mesh. To the centre of the piece in low relief a figure grasps a ruyi sceptre whilst an attendant is positioned either side of them. Surrounding the subjects, bamboo, pine, pierced openwork rocks together with a crane in flight. The stone of bright even white tone; white gold pendant hook.
