The center of the outer lid is decorated with a round medallion depicting a scene of a woman and a child in a garden, surrounded by scrolling leaves and bajixian motifs repeated on the outer body, divided by two bands of Greek key patterns; at the center of the inner body, a dragon is painted; at the center of the base, it bears the apocryphal six-character Wanli Emperor mark in underglaze blue, around which two overglaze green and brown qilongs play, all inside a double circle in underglaze blue.
Accompanied by an old certificate from the Milan Antiques Market Exhibition, November 11-19, 1989.
