A LARGE FAMILLE ROSE PORCELAIN VASE, TIANQIUPING, China, Qing dynasty, 19th century

It is richly decorated all over with bajixiang and medallions featuring fruits and floral motifs, enclosed between a band on the rim of the neck and stylized petals at the foot; at the center of the base, it bears the apocryphal six-character mark of Emperor Qianlong in underglaze blue. It rests on its wooden stand.
